Producers are installing systems on their farms, centrally located for several farms or as part of a large-scale facility. Agritechnica 2007 was full of companies devoted to servicing the market, from special-designed silage harvesters to transports that dump chopped crops fast.
Companies like Rota Guido offer turnkey facilities of all sizes from small dairies up to industrial-size operations. Everything needed to produce the gas and generate electricity is included, often in modules for easy expansion.
