How To Remove Oxidation, Water Marks
Protective Coating Systems, maker of Polymatrix, the “world’s most advanced all-purpose polish and protectant,” has recently released a new product called Polymatrix Restore. It’s designed to remove oxidation on agricultural and industrial equipment.
“People with antique tractors love this product,” says William Maxwell, Protective Coating Systems representative. “But it works for anything with oxidation; it helps clean up equipment much faster.”
Polymatrix Restore works similarly to a rubbing compound. The cleaner is a blend of selected abrasives that remove signs of oxidation as well as scratches and water spots. The abrasives within it level the edges of scratches and remove watermarks for a smooth, level shine.
Customers can use it on metallic paint, industrial finishes, and older cars. Polymatrix Restore is safe for all paint finishes and makes it possible to polish your vehicle to a bright, smooth shine before treating it with other Polymatrix products.
Using Polymatrix Restore is straightforward. “All that’s needed is to squirt some of the solution on a sponge and rub it into the problem spot. Then, rub it off with a microfiber cloth,” says Maxwell. “It’s that easy. We don’t make any products that are hard to use.”
Like all Protective Coating Systems products, Polymatrix Restore is made in the USA. It retails for $29.99 for an 8-oz bottle. You can purchase it directly from the company website.
