Sonic Cap Has Built-In Ears
It looks funny but if you wear this new "Sonic Cap" in the woods or fields, you'll hear sounds you've never heard before, including bird calls from as far as 100 yards away.
If you're hard of hearing, the "sonic ear" listening unit can also be used in church, at lectures, concerts, etc., by detaching it from the cap and fitting it with a set of stereo headphones.
The "sonic ear" consists of a small battery-powered amplifier fitted with a micro-phone and a pair of earplugs. The micro-phone swivels forward when in use. Foam padding on the microphone reduces wind noise. A small plastic megaphone can be mounted ova the microphone to improve its directional focus.
Cap is available in four colors. Sells for $69.95.
