Doorbell Shines Light On Door Lock
Hate fiddling in the dark to find the right key and fit it into the keyhole? That's the problem Wayne Walker and David Barton, Edmonton, Alb., set out to solve when they designed "Lock Lite".

Lock Lite replaces the doorbell and shines a light on the door ù right at the handle ù making it easy to find the right key to unlock your door. You don't have to remember to leave the porch light on. The inventors say Lock Lite illuminates most of the door using a 4-watt automobile bulb that shines 24 hours a day.

Lock Lite uses the same low-voltage electric wiring used for your doorbell. The doorbell itself works the same as always.

The 2 by 2-in. Lock Lite sells for $12.98 (Canadian).
