Digital Moisture Tester
New from Farm Tronics in Denmark is a first-of-its-kind "Micro-processing controlled" moisture tester that gives you an instant reading for moisture ù without any weighing or grinding of the sample ù of up to 16 different crops.
Compact and portable, the new Agromatic-Digital has a built-in memory which automatically calculates the average moisture content of up to 9 samples. You simply fill the built-in cup with any one of 16 different grains ù including corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, oats, flax or sunflowers. Press the button and, in only 5 seconds, moisture content is displayed for direct reading on the digital dial.
A side jack allows the portable unit to be used, in conjunction with probes and cables, for taking the temperature of stored grains.
Suggested retail of the new tester is right at $500.
