Air-Powered Post Driver FENCING Tools 21-4-19 You can drive fenceposts all day long and hardly break a sweat, says the manufacturer of this new lightweight air-powered post driver.
Due to its innovative design, it weighs just 26 lbs. An inner sleeve clamps in place. Air pressure lifts the device off the sleeve, then drives it downward at a rate of 80 to 85 strokes per minute.
The tool works off any construction-type air compressor with at least a 4 cfm rating at 70 to 90 psi's.
It handles all three standard size T-posts and puts a post in the ground in 30 seconds under average conditions.
