The all-steel "Tool Buddy" mounts on four steel legs but tips back onto two big rubber wheels like a "two-wheeler". Another unique feature is that unlike other toolboxes, there are no drawers. Tools hang from "swingout" tool arms on either side of the frame. "It's much handier than conventional drawer-type toolboxes because your tools are always in plain view and you don't have to search through drawers.
