Tilting Tractor Seat Stays Level On Hills
It was introduced at the RAI Show. The seat has an automatic electronic horizontal adjuster that senses the tilt of the machine and then automatically keeps the seat at level. A small 12-volt air compressor is built right into the base of the seat to power the tilt adjusters. An alarm sounds when the maximum tilt adjustment of 22 degrees is reached.
Can be retrofitted to existing tractors and the company is talking to tractor manufacturers about making it an option on new machines.
