The Dual Wheel Clamp from Armstrong & Holmes Ltd. consists of four 4 by 2-in. uprights that fit around a tire. Two of them are hydraulically powered and clamp down on the tire. It'll handle any tire from 15 in. in. dia. up to the biggest tractor tire, and it pivots 90 degrees so it could be used to mount tires or to stack them flat for storage. Sells for about $1,300.
