Clod Slicers TILLAGE EUIPMENT Chisel Plows (9) 13-3-21 New chisel plow features "clod slicers" about a third of the way up the shanks to slice through chunks of soil dug up by deep-plowing shanks. The plow works down to a depth of 24 in. to break up hardpan. The hard-surfaced clod slicers, which work particularly well in hard-packed soils, bolt on and can be added or removed as needed. According to the company, they only add negligibly to the pulling load of the plow.
