"Wobble Light" Bounces Back Up Like A Punching Bag

Made from impact-resistant poly, the Wobble Light stands 3 ft. high, weighs 20 lbs., and is operated by a standard 110-volt outlet. The 500-watt Halogen bulb on top provides 360-degree lighting. The base of the unit is counter-weighted. An outlet plug is built into the base.
"It's the ultimate utility light and works great for working on equipment inside or outside," says Ron Reda, Wobble Light L.L.C., Chicago, Ill. "Kids can even use it to provide light when playing basketball. The self-righting design is far superior to tripod lights, which can be easily tipped over and broken. The bulb and socket mount in a spring suspension system which absorbs impact to protect the bulb.
"Another big advantage over other portable lights is that the user can touch the light without getting burned. Even if the light has been on all day you can still touch it. A fan built into the base of the unit keeps the light cool at all times. The fan draws air in through slots around the sides of the base and then blows it up out a hole at the top. The 500-watt bulb will last about 2,000 hours. A transparent cap above the light keeps water and dust and debris out."
