Tractor-Towing Trailer
"This cart lets me pull a tractor behind my pickup," says Alan Pegram, Lincoln, Ill."The cart was made from an old combine axle and a wagon hoist cradle. Front wheels of the tractor, whether wide front or row crop, rest in the cradle and a chain and load binder around the front main frame holds the tractor in place. The tow-cart has a removeable lock on the steering. When towing it empty, the lock is in place and it tows as a trailer. When loaded, the lock is removed and it self steers like a wagon. Works great."
