Elastic Band Holds Shorts In Place

Chuck Marley, having no hips, constantly was having a hard time keeping his shorts in place. His wife, Anita, intervened and suggested tacking in some elastic band. It worked. The 1-in. wide elastic band is tacked on in front and back and on both the left and right hips.
