Wheel Spacer Kits For FWA Tractor TRACTORS Accessories 19-2-12 "Wheel spacer kits designed for mechanical front wheel assist tractors provide a shorter turning radius than the original factory wheel settings," says Wold Rim & Wheel Service, St. Ansgar, Iowa.
The company offers two spacer kit models. Both allow tires to straddle four 30-in. rows and allow the tractor to turn around in an 8-row headland.
The hub extension kit bolts onto the existing wheel center and also to the tractor hub. Precision-machined holes in the spacer allow you to use a socket extension to tighten inside nuts.
The spacer/center extension kit is de-signed for wider tires. It bolts onto the existing wheel rim and directly to the tractor hub. By eliminating the extra set of bolts used with the factory center, this spacer kit provides for a stronger wheel.
Spacer kits for Deere tractor models sell for $775.
