He mounted a 500-gal. tank on a 4-wheel cart along with an older-style gas station pump. "Most people don't have pumps to move their oil so I just stick my hose in their tank and use the gas station pump to move it to my tank. Works great."
Holland used to own a gas station and he kept the old pumps when he had to upgrade to new ones.
