There are plenty of vacuum food storage systems around but this one uses ordinary zip-lock storage bags. Helps keep food fresher for up to five times longer. The kit consists of a small, hand-operated vacuum pump, and 2-piece air valves that simply screw onto the plastic. Once you suck the air out you snap a cap in place to seal it.
