Metal Wash Bar Deodorizes Smelly Hands FARM HOME Bathroom 19-3-33 Here's a product we spotted at the recent International Housewares Show in Chicago that was designed to remove smelly food odors from hands but might work just as well to remove hog and other farm-related odors.
The "Nonion" (stands for "no onion") is a lightweight bar made of a combination of alloys that reacts with odor-carrying oils on the hands. You use it like a bar of soap under running water. No soap or scrubbing is necessary to remove odors. The metal in the bar never loses its effectiveness, according to the company. It's guaranteed for life to remove strong odors like onion, garlic and fish. Washing it in water removes odors from the bar. Sells for $7.95.
