Lighted Vest Great For Work After Dark
“We had a lot of requests for a high quality safety vest,” says David Beiler, owner of the company. “It’s designed for pedestrians, bikers and horseback riders. It even has turn signals.”
A local harness shop makes the leather vests, which are secured with adjustable Velcro® fasteners. In addition to a reflective strip, the vest has front amber and rear red flashers and a front headlight.
The light makes it easy to fix a tractor, complete a backyard project or do other tasks after dark.
The lights are powered by eight AA batteries, which last 100 hrs. for the flashers and 20 hrs. when using the headlight.
Georgetown Sales sells the vests for $189 and welcomes dealer inquiries.
