How To Loosen An Allen Head Screw
To loosen a stuck allen head screw in a locking collar on a bearing, just hit the collar with a big punch on each side of the screw. Be careful not to hit it so hard you pinch the threaded hole. This method is much easier than trying to heat the screw and works just as well...........
