Low cost safety light COMBINES Accessories 17-2-28 "It could save a life and possibly help avoid a liabilitiy charge against you and your farm," says Bosch Lights of its low-cost safety flasher for tractors, combines, wagons, trailers, bicycles or whatever.
Powered by a 9 volt alkaline battery that lasts for more than 100 hours of continuous operation, it emits a flashing red light (100 flashes per minute) that's highly visible both day and night for well over a half mile. The flashing light doesn't get dimmer as the battery weakens. Operates at full brightness down to 4.8 volts.
Individual self-contained lights are 2 in. wide, 3 in. high and 1.5 in. deep. To mount, just drill two screwholes. They sell for $36.96, plus $5 for postage and handling. The price drops to $30 each, including ship-ping and handling, if you buy 10 or more to equip all of your road-driven equipment with the handy new safety flasher.
"Makes a great gift for family and friends, and for children to put on their bikes."
