It wraps around the metal filter and plugs into 120-volt power. The unit is held in place with 3 springs and nylon ties. Fuel can be continuously pumped, as the Preheater thermostat controls the temperature. Fits metal filters from 3 1/2 to 4 in. dia. and from 7 to 10 in. tall. Sells for $225 plus S&H. Comes with a 3-year warranty.
