Ron Paustian, Eau Claire, Mich.: “I put together this long hose funnel to pour oil into hard-to-reach vehicle transmissions. I cut the bottom off a 1-pint plastic fuel additive container and turned it upside down, then friction-fitted one end of a transparent hose to it. A 90-degree pvc elbow is clamped onto the other end of the hose and reaches into the transmission. I used a heat gun to heat up the hose so that it would stretch and fit over the funnel. Once the hose cools down it locks itself on.”
