First-Of-Its-Kind Telescopic Ladder
The new Telesteps Telescopic Ladder from Dial Industries, New York, N.Y., is the only one of its kind sold in the U.S. or Canada.
When it's collapsed, this ladder is just 18 1/2 in. high by 28 1/2 in. wide by 2 3/4 in. deep so you can even slip it behind your pickup seat. Made of aluminum, the ladder weighs just 21 lbs.
Telesteps telescopes in 1 ft. increments to a maximum height of 12 1/2 ft. The ladder is held in place with a spring-loaded steel bolt, which comes out and locks every time it's extended 1 ft. When the spring is pushed back in, the lock releases and the ladder can be further extended or retracted.
Price of the Telesteps Telescopic Ladder is $286, plus U.P.S. shipping.
