“We like to take advantage of free heat coming off our wood stove whenever we can by cooking food right on top of the stove,” says Gerilynne Heston, Grand Marais, Minn.
She recently sent FARM SHOW photos of how she cooks sweet potatoes on an enamel plate placed under an upside down stainless steel mixing bowl.
