Upgraded Coffee Berry Harvester Eyes Brazil Market
Oxbo is known for its large selection of European-based self-propelled slurry and manure machines as well as vegetable and blueberry harvesters. Its newest offering is the 9240+, a self-propelled coffee berry harvester.
The upgraded machine improves on the company’s largely unchanged units sold in Brazil over the last 2 decades. As the country boasts 1/3 of the world’s coffee berry production, between 200 and 400 harvesters are sold there annually.
The main upgrade to the 9240+ includes a new Stage 4 version engine.
Designed to harvest just over an acre per hour of young to mature arabica and robusta bush berries, the 9240+ offers the most productive shaking, catching, and cleaning with its adjustable Dynarotor system. The process harvests the highest quality coffee with minimal plant damage.
An air-conditioned cab makes an ideal workspace and provides optimum visibility for the operator. Multiple cameras allow a view of all key systems. Cruise control and automatic steering are optional.
