Tool Stand Keeps Tools Handy
 ✖ |
Edwin Egli of New Salem, N.D., built a shop stand for his air and electric tools. “It took maybe a day,” he says. “I used an old car wheel, pipe and rods. Basically, what was available in the junk pile.” He tends to move it around his shop to ensure his tools are within reach during a project.
“It’s pretty mobile, although heavy when loaded with tools, so I’ve got to be careful,” he says. “The tire holds electrical cords and the tools that don’t fit on the stand. I like that it keeps everything within a small area, so my tools are handy.”
