Tow behind bale hauler HAY & FORAGE HARVESTING Bale Handling (5) 16-3-22 New tow-behind round bale trailer uses gravity to load and unload bales in groups of 3 or 4.
Designed to operate automatically - it hooks into baler controls - a front loading platform on the trailer lowers to the ground to catch the bale as it exits the rear door. It then lifts the bale onto the rear-sloping platform and the bale rolls to the back down the sloped frame. Holds three or four bales, depending on size (since you can carry one bale in the baler, you can transport up to 5 bales). Once full, a hydraulically-controlled rear restraining bar is dropped, allowing the bales to roll off the back as you drive for-ward.
