Air Seeder Has Built-In Anhydrous Tank AIR SEEDERS Air Seeders (42B) 20-4-17 They do things in a big way out in Western Canada as shown by this big air seeder we spotted at the recent Western Canada Farm Progress Show at Regina, Sask.
It's fitted with its own 1,350 gal. anhydrous tank. Because you don't have to pull an anhydrous tank behind you, the Conserva Pak 5400 is the most maneuver-able air seeder on the market, the manufacturer says.
It features a 220 bu. hopper with small end compartments for small seeded crops or micronutrients. A 42 hp Perkins diesel drives the system's dual fan. It rides on two 30.5 by 32-in. tires and overall length is 38 ft.
Sells for $50,000 to $55,000 (Canadian).
