Nifty New Wire Strainer
The strainer consists of an L-shaped device that is twisted onto the wire and then left permanently in place. You simply fit it up against the wire and then rotate it as many times as needed with a slip-on two-handed handle. When the wire is tight, you loop the tail of the device under the wire and remove the handle. Wire tension holds the strainer in place.
