Corn Phone
Here's a new phone that's sure to catch the ear of anyone, and especially corn growers. The "corn phone" is shaped and colored like an ear of corn, with yellow kernals and a green husk. The touch tone phone is being imported from China by Richard Layden, Hoopeston, Ill.
"It's a good quality phone that will help promote the corn industry," says Layden, who so far is the sole North American distributor for the phone.
Sells for $24.50.
