Drag Equipped With Five Blades MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT Earth Movers 21-3-28 The new "Road Drag" from Great Lakes Mfg., Suring, Wis., is equipped with two sets of blades up front and a rear blade.
The first set of front blades is angled for-ward to remove material from the edge of the road and push it to the center. The second set of blades is angled to remove material from the center of the road and push it outward. The rear blade is pitched for crowning work.
The design is ideal for filling in holes and ruts, according to the company.
Custom-built to any size. Most popular is 8 1/2-ft. requiring at least a 50 hp tractor. Sells for $2,500.
