Peels potatoes, carrots, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, pears, turnips, etc. Starter shield helps contain peelings and, along with the blade assembly, is removable for easy cleaning. Special cone-shaped tip helps remove "potatoe eyes" and other blemishes.
