Mud Blockers for Tractor Wheels
Simple new "mud blocker" fenders for front tractor wheels, especially those equipped with front-wheel assist, go on or off in less than a minute as needed to keep tires from throwing mud up against the cab.Gene Mortvedt, who farms 800 acres near Story City, Iowa, designed the fenders to be easily adjustable and quickly removable. His rubber fenders, which sell for $99 a pair, are made from heavy rubber that's reinforced with a stainless steel frame. They attach to existing holes in the tractor frame with two bolts. Fully adjustable 360?, the fenders mount high enough so they won't.
