I built this handy can crusher because garbage bags full of aluminum cans take up a lot of room. ft mounts on a bench. You put the can in from the top and pull back on the lever. The crushed can drops through a slot in the bottom of the unit into a bag or box. Other commercial crushing units are built too light. My crusher is built to last. (Mark Hoffman, Rt. 2. Box 116.
