You can hook or unhook to any length semi trailer right from the tractor seat, taking it to the field to haul grain from the combine to headquarters, or down the road. The dolly's hydraulic cylinder (up to 50,000 lbs. of lift capacity) raises the trailer high enough so no cranking of the landing legs is required. Optional larger landing-leg pads keep the trailer from sinking in soft fields. Thanks to the dolly, you can double your grain hauling capacity by switching from grain carts to semi-trailers, which hold upwards of 1,300 bu., the manufacturer points out. The dolly (patent pending) is currently available in a single axle model that sells for right at $3,400 (without tires), and will soon be available in a tandem axle model selling for right at $5,494. Both models are equipped with hydraulics and self-contained air brakes.
