One Handed Gate Latch
The gate latch consists of two parts - a latch pin that bolts onto the gate slightly above center, and a two-pronged latch mechanism that bolts onto the post. To open the gate you simply lift up one of the 1 prongs to release the latch pin, then swing the gate open. Latch can be locked with a padlock.
Sells for $22.
Also available is a "gate stopper" de-signed to hold any hinged gate in the open position. It consists of a steel rod held up by two steep flaps and a spring. You squeeze the flaps together to release the rod, then push it down into the ground. Keeps the gate open even in high winds.
Sells for $10.
