Hot Rock Grill
It's a low-cholesterol, low-fat way to cook because you cook directly on the surface of a solid block of rock. The stone sears the food and seals all the juice and flavor inside. There's no need to add oil or other fats. It's great for entertaining, too, because instead of standing over the stove for hours, the host can devote full attention to the guests.
You pre-heat the Hot Rock in an oven or directly on top of a gas or electric stove to 500?. The Hot Rock retains the heat for about 45 min. You can also use safety burners to heat the rock right at the table.
Fourteen models are available ranging in price from $72.60 to $379.
