Homemade Cart Hydraulically Raises Harrow TILLAGE EUIPMENT Harrows 21-2-37 I used an old car rear end and a hydraulic cylinder to build a cart that lets me hydraulically raise my 16-ft. Fuerst harrow for trans-port. The cylinder is mounted on the rear end and is connected to a steel bar that's connected by a pair of steel rods to the front of the cart. The back of the cart is supported by chains connected to a frame made out of steel pipe and square tubing that extends over the cart.
