Powered Cob "Silker" Makes Corn Husking Easy
The "Silk-A-Way" corn silker consists of four plastic brushes mounted inside a 4 in. dia. aluminum drum that's turned by a 1/4 hp electric motor. The drum rotates at 600 rpm's and mounts inside a cardboard housing for safety.
To use, you simply insert each end of the ear for a second or so.
