If you've got a tired, worn out workbench in your shop, take a look at this heavy duty steel bench made by McTavish Steelworks. The 10-ft. long work bench is made from 16-gauge steel. It has easy roll-out, heavyweight supporting drawers that measure 22 in. wide. The drawers are equipped with 10-gauge roller bearings that can support up to 100 lbs. or more.
The workbench's counter is 10-gauge steel and can easily support vises and other heavy tools. A layer of 1 1/2-in. deep wood under the counter dampens sound when working.
